Green Energy Venture, part of oe energy, is a consulting and service company operating along the renewable energy value chain.
We have been connecting technology and financial markets on three continents for over two decades. Our fields of expertise are Engineering, Transaction Management, TA (Technical Advisory) and high-level services, which are necessary for the realization of projects in renewable energies.
We are currently moving more than 8 GW in our internal projects from their development to grid connection along our core competencies.
Tasks
- Facilitate sales order processing
- Handle customer inquiries with care
- Maintain CRM databases and coordinate sales meetings
- Compile sales reports and contribute to sales forecasting
- Revise sales documentation and create marketing materials as needed
- Offer sales support tailored to business requirements
- Aid upper management in preparing sales documents
- Engage with customers and stakeholders through personal interaction, phone calls, or written correspondence
Requirements
- Completion of training in business administration, preferably in sales and / or the renewable energy sector; however, other qualifications accompanied by relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in administrative roles, information management, and general organizational tasks, with a preference for familiarity with creating sales or marketing materials (internship experience will be considered).
- Valuable experience in renewable energy or business consulting is highly regarded, along with a proactive attitude.
- Highly valued skills include organizational prowess, meticulous attention to detail, service orientation, and sales acumen.
- Essential attributes encompass teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, effective time management, and a strong inclination towards continuous learning.
- Familiarity with the Swiss and European business landscape concerning renewable energies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS-Office tools and CRM software applications is expected.
- Proficiency in both English and German is required, while knowledge of other languages is appreciated.Emphasis on open and proactive communication and reporting.
