As a key contributor to the Group’s strategic advancements, the division plays a vital role in driving transformative innovations that enhance our services and deliver exceptional value to our clients. /p pAs part of thebSoftware Engineering /b team, whose mission is to provide the Group’s banking business lines with tools dedicated to transaction management, you will help design innovative new features and enhance existing applications in an Agile environment. You will work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to build cloud-ready, data-driven solutions, leveraging AI to boost productivity. /p h3Your role /h3 ul liAct as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, gathering, challenging and translating requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, particularly in ETD trading, OTC trading, settlement and reconciliation, and interbank messaging. /li liWork closely with the product manager to support product discovery and product strategy through the analysis of business challenges, operational constraints and business opportunities. /li liTranslate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria), ensuring traceability to business objectives and contributing to solution feasibility assessments with architects and the development team. /li liCollaborate closely with developers and architects to design solutions leveraging modern architectures, including APIs, event-driven patterns, cloud technologies, AI and advanced analytics capabilities. /li liConfigure and implement business requirements, perform and/or coordinate testing activities (functional, regression and user acceptance testing), and maintain up-to-date documentation and release notes. /li liSupport backlog refinement and sprint planning, clarify requirements with developers, QA engineers and DevOps teams, and contribute to the timely and high-quality delivery of product increments. /li liEnsure the reliability and availability of solutions in production, monitor application performance and system behaviour, and coordinate deployment activities. /li liAnalyse and resolve production incidents (L2/L3 support), perform root cause analysis and collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to implement sustainable fixes and continuous improvements. /li liProvide support to business stakeholders in Switzerland and abroad, gather feedback and translate it into continuous product improvements. /li liCollaborate closely with Pictet Technologies Portugal and other internal partners to ensure end-to-end alignment across teams and platforms. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. /li liStrong technical understanding of software development, ideally including PL/SQL, combined with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. /li liHands-on experience with Avaloq customisation would be a strong advantage. /li liExperience with Java or another object-oriented programming language is highly desirable. /li liPractical exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and a strong interest in AI-enabled solutions, automation and data-driven decision-making. /li liStrong business acumen and a solid understanding of banking products, processes and transaction lifecycles. /li liExperience working in Agile and product-oriented organisations, ideally in close collaboration with product managers, UX specialists and technical leads. /li liExcellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse and demanding stakeholders. /li liExcellent command of French and English, both spoken and written. /li liResidence in Switzerland is required. /li /ul pbWhat we are looking for /b: Are you passionate about shaping innovative technical solutions for complex business challenges?
