h3Your Role /h3pAs Head Fund Operations at J. Safra Sarasin Investmentfonds, you are responsible for fund data management, cost transparency, NAV oversight and fund reporting across the full Swiss and Luxembourg fund range, and act as a member of the Valuation Committee. You will provide hands‑on leadership to a small expert team, with strong data and automation skills to raise the quality and efficiency of fund operations processes (including tax related matters). /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and develop the Fund Operations team of three employees, covering the full Swiss and Luxembourg fund range /liliOversee the fund data flows into internal systems, ensure data quality and completeness, and manage the relationship with the system provider /liliCalculate and/or validate fund metrics, (TER, PTR, OGC, transaction costs, etc.) and manage the PRIIPs KID production /liliAct as counterpart to CACEIS on NAV data, including plausibility checks and handling of NAV errors /liliContribute valuation decisions as a member of the Valuation Committee /liliSteer the annual and semi-annual fund reports, coordinate auditors and tax advisors, and verify fund-related invoices /liliOversee factsheet production, monthly manager reports and recurring reporting to wholesale clients /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliHigher education (university / FH) in Finance, Business/Economics, Accounting or a related field /lili7+ years of practical experience in the field of fund controlling, fund accounting, fund administration or fund audit /liliSound knowledge of Swiss and Luxembourg fund frameworks (CISA/FINMA/AMAS, UCITS/CSSF) and experience in NAV oversight vis‑à‑vis a fund administrator /liliWorking experience with CACEIS is advantageous /liliExperience with Python or comparable scripting as well as advanced Excel, databases and structured data (e.g. SQL) /liliSuccessful track record in automating data and reporting processes is a strong advantage /liliHands‑on mentality and ability to work with various stakeholders /liliStrong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability /liliLeadership experience is beneficial /liliFluency in English; fluency in German and French is a plus /li /ulh3Your Benefits /h3ulliEntrepreneurial spirit in a family owned bank /liliCentral city office locations across Switzerland /liliAbove average insurance coverage fully borne by the bank /liliContribution to health insurance and meal allowance /liliGlobal growth strategy and stable environment /liliCompetitive offering /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
