Tasks as Sales Manager
- Evaluation and development of strategic accounts
- Ensuring order intake and revenue generation
- Expansion and maintenance of existing relationships with customers and planners within the EU sales territory and globally
- Implementation and further development of structured sales and marketing strategies
- Preparation and execution of contract negotiations, as well as creation of offers and agreements
- Regular reporting and revenue forecasting, continuous maintenance of customer and project data in the CRM system
We are looking forward to meeting a candidate with
- Relevant experience in the sales of plant engineering and piping construction projects, preferably in industries such as Pharma & Biopharma
- Industry knowledge and/or an existing network with key decision-makers in the above mentioned industries
- Strong presentation skills, negotiation skills, and closing ability
- Native-level German proficiency and business-fluent English, both written and spoken
- High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate oneself and others
- Basic knowledge of contract law
- Proficient in MS Office
- Time flexibility and a high willingness to travel
