Legal & Compliance Analyst - Investment Funds

Reporting to senior members of the Legal & Compliance team, the successful candidate will support a variety of legal and regulatory activities relating to investment funds.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing and updating legal and regulatory documentation.
• Supporting legal and compliance matters relating to UCITS, ETFs and other investment fund structures.
• Assisting with product-related projects and regulatory initiatives.
• Reviewing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency.
• Providing legal support to internal stakeholders across various business functions.
• Monitoring regulatory developments impacting investment funds.
• Participating in the ongoing management and maintenance of fund documentation.
• Supporting senior team members on day-to-day legal and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will have prior experience within the asset management or investment funds industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

Requirements include:

• Experience within Asset Management, Investment Funds, UCITS, ETFs and/or Alternative Investment Funds.
• Strong knowledge of fund documentation and regulatory matters.
• Excellent drafting and document review skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience gained within an asset manager, financial institution or similar environment.
• French would be an advantage but is not essential.

Both junior and early mid-level candidates will be considered, provided they can quickly become operational in the role.
