Rieter is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange under the ticker symbol RIEN. /p pTo realise our vision of the fully automated, digitally orchestrated spinning mill, we are strengthening our control systems and OT development capabilities in Winterthur. /p pWe are looking for a hands‑on OT leader who enjoys building and guiding a team of developers and architects, and who wants to actively shape Rieter’s digital and AI future on the shopfloor. /p h3Your Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or a related field. /li li7+ years experience in OT/ICS development or industrial automation, including leading projects and teams. /li liProven track record in PLC/IPC‑based control projects (e.g. IEC 61131‑3, Codesys, BR, Siemens, Beckhoff) and embedded C/C++. /li liExperience in designing or evolving control architectures – ideally with familiarity to frameworks such as TOGAF, ISA‑95/99 or comparable reference models. /li liSolid understanding of OT security and safe OT/IT integration. /li liFirst exposure to AI‑related topics in industrial environments (e.g. data pipelines for analytics, condition monitoring, optimization), or strong motivation to build these skills. /li liStrong leadership and communication skills: able to coach developers, shape direction, and collaborate across RD, IT, Data and regional organisations. /li liComfortable working in an international environment (English required, German a plus) /li /ul pFunctional Area: Digital Solutions /p pEntry Level: Manager /p pContract type: Unlimited /p pLocation: Winterthur /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
