We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Service Delivery Lead to manage our enterprise SAP landscape, specialising in RISE with SAP, cloud transformation, and SAP technical operations. Proven track record in delivering high-availability SAP S/4HANA environments, and leveraging SAP for Me for service transparency, incident management, and customer engagement. Strong leader with expertise in service delivery, SLA governance, and continuous improvement.

SAP Technical Service Delivery Lead 100% (f/m/d)Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical service delivery for RISE with SAP environments, ensuring 99 %+ system availability across our SAP landscapes
• Act as primary interface between customer and SAP using SAP for Me, managing service requests, incidents, and escalations
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs through SAP for Me dashboards, ensuring compliance and proactive issue resolution
• SAP Release Mgr. to plan & coordinate all transport deployments, upgrades, system refreshes and patching
• Service Owner of SAP Cloud ALM & SAP for Me
• Deliver regular service review reports, including system health, SLA adherence, and improvement initiatives
• Support S/4HANA migrations and cloud transformations under RISE contracts
• Implement automation for monitoring and alerting, reducing incident response times
• Keep up to date technical skills to drive continuous improvement according to the group IT strategy and business goals
• Perform any additional duties that are commensurate with the current role and professional skills, as required by management.

Your Profile

• 5+ years SAP Technical Service Deliver lead experience
• Strong technical expertise in SAP RISE, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP For Me, SAP BTP and ITSM.
• Expert in SAP Service Requests, SLA tracking, system provisioning visibility
• Sound knowledge in ITIL Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Experienced SAP Release Manager handling multiple deployments and own the release calendar including all SAP Basis system copies & updates
• Play a key role in at least two projects end-to-end lifecycles for S/4HANA projects
• Experience in configuring and managing Cloud ALM for requirements, test, deployment, and release management
• Experience in the core standard SAP end to end processes used by the business community.
• Experience in Business Process Monitoring – Set up process monitoring, KPIs, and dashboards for end-to-end SAP processes
• Proficiency in Englisch is essential, German is a significant advantage
