ph3bMission /b /h3ulliWithin the COO IT Change unit, the role is responsible for coordinating execution and performing business analysis across a portfolio of IT projects and small demands in the Asia Core Banking domain. Focus areas include digital transformation (ebanking, CRM) and regulatory initiatives (Payments, Regulatory reporting). /li /ulh3bChallenges /b /h3ulliManage a diverse array of projects with multiple stakeholders. /liliDaily interactions and coordination with an external software/vendor partner responsible for delivery. /li /ulh3bMain Responsibilities /b /h3ulliPartner with business and IT stakeholders, including an external vendor, across a wide and diverse project agenda. /liliEnsure stakeholder and sponsor involvement and commitment. /liliDefine clear scope and requirements; manage scope changes. /liliIdentify and manage project risks and conflicts. /liliOversee budgeting processes and control project spend. /liliPlan and manage IT resources. /liliImplement technical solutions in line with the bank’s software development lifecycle, in partnership with the main software vendor in charge of the delivery. /liliCoordinate and participate in testing; obtain customer sign-off. /liliPublish project reporting; build and maintain KPIs and KRIs. /liliCollect and formalize lessons learned among stakeholders; ensure their application to future projects. /li /ulh3bRequested Skills Experience /b /h3ulliOverall knowledge of Private Banking processes and IT banking architecture - Familiarity with Asia is a plus (e.g., regulatory environment). /liliExperience in the Financial sector (mandatory); experience in Private Banking (mandatory). /liliStrong vendor management capabilities. /liliAbility to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. /liliComfortable with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. /liliPlanning and budget control. /li /ulh3bEducation : /bEngineer (or equivalent technical education). /h3h3bExperience : /bAt least 10 years (senior level). /h3h3bLanguages : /bEnglish: Fluent. /h3h3bPersonal Skills Attributes /b /h3ulliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliProactive, Drive, leadership, and positive attitude; stress resistant. /liliTeam player, resourceful, and independent. /li /ulpbSwiss Residence : /bOptional. /ph3bCore Competencies : Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives /b /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
