- Manage day-to-day HR administration activities for employees based in France and Italy
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documentation
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative matters
- Coordinate payroll activities in collaboration with external payroll providers
- Collect, review, and submit monthly payroll data to ensure accurate salary processing
- Serve as the key contact for employee payroll-related queries
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal policies
- Partner with HR stakeholders across the EMEA region to support business objectives
- Previous experience in HR Administration, HR Coordination, or a similar HR Operations role
- Experience supporting payroll processes in collaboration with external providers
- Sound knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR administration practices
- Fluency in both French and Italian is mandatory
- Good command of English in a professional environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive, service-oriented, and detail-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
