As part of its development, we are looking for a:Fiduciary Manager (80 - 100%)Your roleAs Fiduciary Manager, you manage a portfolio of clients autonomously and are their primary contact for all their fiduciary needs. You work in a digitalized environment that promotes efficiency, proximity, and quality of service.Responsibilities- Autonomous management of a portfolio consisting of SMEs and private clients- Maintenance and supervision of financial and analytical accounting- Preparation of annual closings and tax returns for individuals and legal entities- Ongoing advice to clients on accounting, tax, and salary matters- Management of salaries from A to Z (payroll, social security statements, aspects related to social insurance)- Continuous improvement of internal processes using digital tools- Close collaboration with partners and the fiduciary teamYour profile- Degree in accounting, finance, or a fiduciary qualification- Proven experience of at least 7 years in a fiduciary firm in Switzerland with autonomous management of Swiss accounting- Good command of Swiss taxation for individuals and legal entities- Solid skills in payroll management and social insurance- Ease with digital tools and a marked interest in digital solutions- Entrepreneurial spirit, sense of customer service, and ability to work autonomously- Fluent French; English or German is an assetBenefits- 5 weeks of vacation + bridge days- A modern, digitalized, and agile work environment- Great autonomy in managing your files- A diversified clientele and varied responsibilities jid711acb9aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
