Joining a busy, close-knit team, you will work closely with the Managing Director, fellow Trust Accountants and Trust Officers, taking ownership of a varied portfolio while contributing to a collaborative environment where quality, professionalism and exceptional client service are at the heart of the business.brResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:brManage the day-to-day accounting of a portfolio of trusts, companies and foundations across a variety of international jurisdictions, including Swiss entities.brMaintain accurate accounting records, perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure the integrity of financial data.brPrepare annual financial statements and supporting working papers in accordance with applicable accounting standards.brAssist with the preparation of Swiss corporate tax returns for straightforward entities.brProduce financial reports and management information for clients, trustees and other stakeholders.brWork closely with Trust Officers and colleagues across the business to deliver a seamless, high-quality service to clients.brIdentify opportunities to enhance accounting processes, controls and operational efficiency.brProvide technical accounting support and contribute to wider team initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.brWhy Apply?brJoin a respected independent trust company with an established international presence.brWork alongside experienced trust professionals in a collaborative, supportive team.brManage a varied portfolio of sophisticated international trust and corporate structures.brEnjoy close interaction with senior management and the opportunity to make a real impact.brDevelop your technical expertise in a stable, professional environment committed to delivering exceptional client service.brFlexible working arrangements, with the opportunity to work at 100% (preferred) or 80-90%, including one day per week from home after the probationary period.brProfil recherchébrProfile:brDegree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.brAround 3-5 years' accounting experience, ideally within a trust company or fiduciary environment.brApplicants with solid Swiss company accounting experience looking to specialise in trust accounting are also encouraged to apply.brPrevious exposure to trusts, foundations and offshore structures would be a distinct advantage.brSolid understanding of Swiss accounting principles, with experience preparing financial statements independently.brExperience preparing accounts and simple tax returns for Swiss companies is highly desirable.brWell organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.brA proactive and solutions-focused approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.brAble to work autonomously while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team.brFluent English is essential; French would be a significant asset.brMust be eligible to work in Switzerland and hold a valid Swiss work permit; frontalier acceptedbr#LI-SG1 jid4a1a7dbaen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
