Key activities include preparing monthly flash reports, RLBEs, plans, standard and PO pricing updates, and conducting “What-If” analyses to support both operational and strategic objectives. /p pResponsibilities also include cost accounting and variance analysis on actuals, forecasts, and plans to enable informed decision-making and strategic planning for Procurement and TPM operations. The Senior Financial Analyst actively participates in project teams and provides financial insights to guide business decisions. /p h3Core Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver strategic financial analysis across PROC/TPM areas, including standard cost settings and related reviews. /li liSupport PROC/TPM planning and LBE updates. /li liDefine standard cost pricing, perform comprehensive price variance analysis, and provide strategic insights to optimize profitability and support long-term objectives. /li liProvide data-driven insights and present recommendations to senior leadership. /li liManage month-end and year-end closings, ensuring clear variance analysis in PL accounts. /li liPerform account balance analysis and ad hoc financial reviews as required. /li liDevelop and execute comprehensive spend analysis and forecasting strategies to identify and deliver measurable cost-saving opportunities. /li liLead and engage in projects, including ERP enhancements, supply chain analytics, and global demand planning. /li liConduct detailed cost analysis to support data-driven decisions in procurement and manufacturing. /li liSupport SOX compliance during audits by providing required reports and documentation. /li liDrive PROC/TPM objectives by ensuring transparency and efficiency in transactional processes; raise awareness of financial procedures among business sponsors. /li liOperate independently under general management direction and represent Procurement/TPM Finance in cross-divisional initiatives. /li liEngage in frequent cross-divisional collaborations, including with CFS, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects. /li liPerform ad hoc analyses as required by the PROC/TPM Controller and business. /li liEnsure compliance with corporate procedures and regulatory requirements in all financial processes. /li /ul h3Minimum Education /h3 ul liBachelor's degree (or comparable degree) preferable Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related field is required. /li li4+ years relevant professional experience required or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required competencies. /li /ul h3Minimum Experience/Training Required /h3 ul liKnowledge in Procurement and Finance with strong attention to detail. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis). /li liGood practical knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word software /li liSAP literate /li liAble to work autonomously and to take proactive initiatives /li liUnderstanding the operational impact of financial decisions and the financial impact of operational decisions /li liGood interpersonal skills and very task oriented (respect deadlines), able to work in a multicultural environment. /li liExcellent command of English is essential, any other languages would be an asset. /li /ul h3Ready to Join Us? /h3 pIf this opportunity excites you, we’d love to learn more about you. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
