Our client: A major player in the luxury sector.

Job description

  • Ensure a professional, warm and personalised welcome for visitors, employees and partners
  • Inform, guide and accompany visitors within the various Geneva sites
  • Manage requests related to reception services, in close collaboration with the relevant departments
  • Contribute to the smooth running of internal and external events related to reception and hospitality
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to reception activities, including managing calls, emails, badges, bookings and tracking tools
  • Ensure compliance with the House's quality, confidentiality, security and image standards
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the visitor experience and reception processes

Profile

  • Training in hospitality, aviation, commerce or equivalent qualification
  • Proven professional experience of 3 to 5 years in high-end reception, hospitality or a similar role
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as well as a very good level of English; any other language is an asset
  • Good command of common office software
  • Residence in Switzerland

Required qualities

  • Excellent sense of service, interpersonal ease and very good oral and written communication skills
  • Rigour, attention to detail and ability to handle information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Team spirit, responsiveness and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
  • Organisational skills, autonomy and adaptability
  • Neat appearance and professional demeanour in line with a reception role
  • Availability and flexibility to work at the various Geneva sites
