Industrial CAPEX Project Manager - Revamping & Process EngineeringWithin the Engineering department, you will manage investment projects (CAPEX) aimed at modernizing, optimizing, and improving the reliability of existing production facilities in a chemical environment. You will primarily work on revamping projects, equipment replacement, process improvements, and industrial compliance, with a strong presence on site. Project budgets are generally between 100 kCHF and 5 MCHF, with several projects managed simultaneously.Industrial CAPEX Project Manager – Revamping & Process EngineeringYour responsibilities- Manage several CAPEX revamping projects on industrial sites.- Define needs with the Production, Maintenance, Process, HSE, and Quality teams.- Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies.- Develop technical specifications and requirements documents.- Consult and manage suppliers as well as engineering firms.- Participate in technical choices for equipment and engineering solutions.- Coordinate the various technical disciplines (Civil Engineering, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation).- Organize and lead design reviews (Design Reviews, HAZOP, etc.).- Monitor detailed studies, procurement, and on-site work.- Supervise commissioning and start-up phases.- Guarantee compliance with HSE requirements, costs, deadlines, and quality.- Ensure budget monitoring, scheduling, and project reporting.Technical environmentProjects may involve:- Revamping of production units.- Replacement of reactors, tanks, exchangers, or process networks and utility lines.- Improvement of industrial performance.- Regulatory compliance (PED, energy safety).- Technical shutdown work.Profile sought- Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.- 5 to 15 years of experience in project management.- Experience in CAPEX, revamping, brownfield, or maintenance projects.- Experience acquired in one of the following sectors:- Fine chemicals- Specialty chemicals- Pharma- Biotechnologies- Flavors & Fragrances- Agrochemistry- Good understanding of industrial processes and equipment.- Experience in managing multidisciplinary projects.- Knowledge of risk analysis (HAZOP, PED/DESP) appreciated.- Professional French and English. jidf2b1770aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
