Job Description:As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for supervising a section of the kitchen, ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. You will actively participate in the preparation of meals while guaranteeing compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.- Coordinate and supervise kitchen activities for your section- Ensure the quality of dishes served and their presentation- Manage the supply of food items for your section- Collaborate with the chef to create new recipes- Work behind the buffets during lunch hours- Continuous shifts from Monday to FridayThis opportunity will allow you to work within a renowned establishment in the catering sector and to perfect your culinary skills while evolving in a dynamic and stimulating environment.-------Profile sought:You are a person passionate about cooking, with a solid ability to work in a team. You have a good sense of organization and are capable of managing several tasks simultaneously without compromising quality. A good understanding of culinary techniques and a certain taste for creativity are essential to excel in this role.
