Advisor provides end-to-end Front Office (FO) support across CDD activity—onboarding, client lifecycle maintenance, CDD modifications and reviews (including Periodic and Event Driven Reviews (PEDRs))—acting as the FO quality-control lead to drive “first-time right” submissions, strong case narratives, and consistent adherence to risk appetite and service standards. /ppThis individual applies a strong risk and control mindset with commercial awareness—identifying gaps, red flags and escalation triggers early, improving evidence quality and reducing rework—while helping deliver a smooth client experience and maintaining effective governance, segregation of duties and escalation pathways. /ppThe role supports Relationship Managers (RMs), Relationship Officers (ROs) and desk leadership by shaping clear, compliant CDD/Know Your Customer (KYC) narratives (including Source of Wealth/Source of Funds (SoW/SoF)), interpreting and structuring requirements across differing client types and events (e.g., onboarding, trigger closures, material changes, PEDRs and event-driven reviews), and coordinating stakeholders across CLM/CDD, FCC, RC, Tax, Compliance, Legal and product SMEs control mindset: assess CDD risk against the applicable Risk Appetite Statement (RAS), identify gaps/contradictions and red flags, and follow defined governance, segregation of duties and escalation pathways within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) /liliProduce concise, structured KYC/SoW/SoF narratives aligned to CDD/FCC standards, ensuring consistency across forms, evidence and client narrative /liliBuild effective working relationships with FO, CLM, Compliance, FCC, RC, Tax and product teams to progress cases efficiently without compromising standards /liliConfident communicator who remains
