Where no two days arethe same. /ph3Job Description /h3h3ROLE TITLE /h3h3Senior Life Sciences Transformation Digital Manufacturing Architect /h3h3YOUR ROLE /h3pAs a Senior Life Sciences Transformation Digital Manufacturing Architect, you will help pharmaceutical and biotech organisations accelerate their digital transformation journey by connecting business strategy, manufacturing operations, quality, data and technology into actionable transformation programmes. /ppYou will work at the intersection of business consulting, digital manufacturing and technology architecture, helping clients define future-state operating models, shape transformation roadmaps and deliver measurable business value across regulated environments. /ph3In This Role, You Will /h3ulliLead business and manufacturing transformation assessments for Life Sciences clients. /liliFacilitate workshops with Manufacturing, Quality, IT and Digital stakeholders, from operational teams to executive leadership. /liliDefine future-state operating models supporting digital manufacturing, technology transfer and operational excellence initiatives. /liliTranslate business challenges into scalable transformation programmes and digital solutions. /liliContribute to Data, AI and Digital Thread strategies enabling better knowledge capture, decision-making and operational intelligence. /liliCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define solution architectures spanning manufacturing systems, data platforms and digital technologies. /liliSupport strategic pursuits, RFP responses and business development activities by shaping compelling value propositions and transformation narratives. /liliProduce executive-level presentations and recommendations that align business objectives with technology investments. /liliEnsure business value remains at the centre of solution design and programme execution. /li /ulh3Your Skills And Experience /h3ulli10+ years of experience within Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, Consulting or related industries. /liliStrong understanding of pharmaceutical operations, manufacturing processes, technology transfer and regulated GxP environments. /liliExperience leading business transformation initiatives and engaging with senior client stakeholders. /liliGood understanding of digital manufacturing ecosystems including MES, LIMS, Automation, Historian, Data Platforms or related technologies. /liliExposure to Data, AI, Knowledge Management, Digital Thread or advanced analytics initiatives. /liliProven ability to translate complex business challenges into structured transformation roadmaps and technology-enabled solutions. /liliExperience contributing to strategic pursuits, proposals, RFPs or pre-sales activities. /liliExcellent facilitation, communication and storytelling skills. /liliStrong analytical mindset combined with pragmatic problem-solving capabilities. /liliNative German speaker with excellent English communication skills. /li /ulpCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
