ph3Your team /h3 pOperations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks. /p pBy developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients. /p pJoin the Tax Operations Department in Geneva, the Group’s centre of expertise for operational tax. We support private clients with comprehensive tax reporting, ensuring the Bank’s compliance with global tax regulations (FATCA/QI, CRS, Swiss and EU tax rules) and maintaining strong relationships with tax authorities. /p pThe Tax Reporting team is responsible for producing tax statements for private clients, managing transactional taxes (such as stamp duty, withholding tax, and financial transaction taxes), and serving as a key point of contact for complex tax-related queries. /p h3Your role /h3 ul liManage daily activities related to the production of French, UK, and Spanish tax statements. /li liPerform quality controls on financial data, corporate actions and other tax related processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. /li liTest new features and conduct non-regression testing on our tax reporting tools. /li liUpdate and maintain procedures and documentation relevant to our activities. /li liAnalyse incoherent tax treatment, assess the root cause and implement mitigating actions. /li liCommunicate proactively with Front Office in case of important changes and complex tax queries. /li liCollaborate with other operational and IT teams to ensure correct tax treatment of transactions and continuous process improvement. /li liAccompany the evolution of new products and services, and identify how tax tools need to be adapted to ensure correct tax treatment. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul li5 years’ experience in the banking or financial services sector, ideally in an operational or tax reporting role; or as an auditor; or as an expert in AI improvement. /li liProven experience in producing and performing quality control of tax statements or other financial reporting. /li liAdvanced user of the MS Office suite; experience with tax reporting tools is an asset. /li liStrong understanding of financial products and their tax implications. /li liDemonstrated interest in process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency. /li liRigorous, methodical and detailed-oriented approach to work. /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, /li liProactive, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, even under pressure and tight deadlines. /li liFluency in French and an excellent command of English are required; Spanish would be an asset. /li liTech‑savvy and comfortable working with AI tools and data. /li liMust be a resident of Switzerland. /li /ul pPictet is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
