Membre d'Interiman Group, ALBEDIS s'appuie sur l'expertise combinée de ses marques partenaires pour couvrir des domaines tels que l'architecture et l'immobilier, la finance, l'IT, les sciences de la vie, le juridique ou encore les ressources humaines, avec une présence dans toute la Suisse (Berne, Genève, Lausanne, Zurich).brCustomer Service Representative (H/F)brDescription de l'entreprisebrFor one of our clients, based in Geneva, we are looking for abrCustomer Service Representative (H/F)brTemporary position - 100%brDescription du postebrOrder HandlingbrManage daily, all customer consumable orders processed in various modules: Oracle, Kofax and eBusiness.brFollow-up the next day the order status (hold, low supply, stock-out, etc...) for appropriate action in case of specific status.brMonitor/amend interfaced standing orders as required.brRaise Non Conformities (NC) as per requirements.brIssue/coordinate Credits; Rebills; Returns linked to customer consumable orders as per requirements.brMaintain/amend pricing agreements preventing customer consumable orders being processed.brnvestigate and close reported Disputed Invoices as per responsibility.brCustomer ManagementbrManaging customers inquiries such as pricing, stock availability, delivery, order status and product information.brHandle credit notes and customer and take appropriate actions based on CSC process.brHighlight procedures and work instructions corrections and/or updates to your direct report if required.brEnsure appropriate communication is shared between customers and field operations.brContribution to Daily Management (DM) ensuring business continuity and supporting department objectives.brE-BusinessbrMaintain and control customer database (Book/Ship Notification; etc...).brE-Business customer setup (Incl. Onboarding).brE-Order optimization.brCustomer communication - integrations.brE-Invoicing Coordination.brE-Business Troubleshooting.brDxOne - Three60 (CMI) Support.brProfil recherchébrPreferably with experience in a customer support center and/or with customer service administrationbrExcellent communication skillsbrLanguage skills: Fluent German (C1 minimum), English (C1 minimum).
