This human-sized company continues its development while maintaining a culture based on proximity, team stability and quality working relationships. To strengthen its accounting department, our client is looking for a Real Estate & PPE Accountant wishing to commit long-term to a versatile and autonomous role.

Responsibilities

Complete management of PPE and rental accounting Monitoring of receipts and payments Performing bank reconciliations Preparation of periodic and annual closings Preparation of expense and heating statements Preparation of financial statements for managed properties Expense control and monitoring of unpaid amounts Coordination with managers, co-owners and owners Participation in continuous improvement and process optimisation projects

Candidate Profile

Training in accounting Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate accounting within a Swiss property management company Proven experience in PPE and rental accounting Good command of real estate business tools Rigorous, autonomous and solution-oriented personality Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
