This is a strategic consulting role focused on architecture, governance, stakeholder management, and enterprise-wide design rather than day-to-day implementation.br/ /p pbYour responsibilities: /bbr/ /p ulliDesign the target-state DLP architecture across endpoint, network, email, cloud and collaboration platformsbr/ /liliDefine DLP policies, data classification strategy, detection logic and operating modelbr/ /liliEnsure alignment across security engineering, infrastructure, data governance, legal/compliance and business teamsbr/ /liliLead architecture workshops and facilitate technical and business design decisionsbr/ /liliAdvise on Microsoft Purview, Zscaler and Symantec DLP architecture, coexistence and migration strategybr/ /liliProduce architecture documentation, decision records, reference designs and roadmapsbr/ /liliAct as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, balancing security, compliance and business needsbr/ /li /ul br/h3Requirements /h3ulli10+ years of experience in Data Loss Prevention, data protection or information security consulting br/ /liliProven experience designing enterprise-scale DLP solutions from strategy through architecturebr/ /liliStrong hands-on knowledge of at least two of the following:br/ /liliMicrosoft Purview (Information Protection / DLP)br/ /liliZscaler (ZIA / ZPA / CASB)br/ /liliSymantec DLPbr/ /liliStrong understanding of data classification, sensitivity labelling and content inspectionbr/ /liliExperience designing DLP across endpoint, email, cloud, web and collaboration platformsbr/ /liliExperience facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and driving architectural decisionsbr/ /liliExcellent communication skills in Englishbr/ /li /ul pbNice to have: /bbr/ /p ulliExperience in Retail, Consumer Goods or FMCGbr/ /liliKnowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulationsbr/ /liliCertifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CIPP/E, SC-400 or vendor certificationsbr/ /liliExperience with Insider Risk Managementbr/ /liliExposure to Zero Trust and SASE programmesbr/ /liliEnterprise data discovery and classification experiencebr/ /liliFrench language skillsbr/ /liliPrevious consulting experience in large international programmesbr/ /liliProject environmentbr/ /li /ul pbPlatforms: /bbr/ /p ulliMicrosoft Purviewbr/ /liliZscaler (ZIA, ZPA, CASB)br/ /liliSymantec DLPbr/ /li /ul pbWorking model: /bbr/ /p ulliRemote-firstbr/ /liliOccasional travel to client workshops in the Geneva regionbr/ /liliInternational consulting environmentbr/ /liliEnglish-speaking projectbr/ /li /ul br/
