The successful candidate will possess robust knowledge of preclinical animal model anatomy and physiology, extensive analytical and diagnostic skills, and a passion for working in the laboratory. You will work with a sense of urgency as a part of a matrix team, collaborating with scientists from each of our therapeutic disease areas and functions to propel drug discovery projects forward, whilst also contributing to the ongoing development and operations of the Tissue Spatial Technologies Platform within the pRED organisation. /ph3Your Role and Responsibilities /h3ulliYou will execute pathological evaluation of preclinical studies in the target assessment and early discovery phases of drug development projects, and you will be the point of contact for anatomical, physiological, and pathological consultations for scientists both within the 360 Labs, as well as collaborating scientists from each of our therapeutic areas; /liliYou act as a strategic partner to the Platform Head to drive our operational success, collaborating on capacity evaluation, gap analyses, and the management of incoming project requests; /liliYou will act as the primary interface between the 360 Labs Tissue Spatial Technologies Platform and other pRED-internal pathology groups and initiatives; /liliYou will embrace a culture of continuous learning by actively engaging with the latest scientific literature to stay at the forefront of emergent histology and (digital) pathology technologies and approaches; present findings and updates to internal stakeholders and at scientific conferences (where appropriate), ensuring cutting-edge expertise is cultivated and maintained. /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3pYou hold a DVM graduate degree, ideally holding a board certification from a recognised body (ECVP/ACVP), with at least 3 years of professional experience in an academic setting and/or the pharmaceutical industry/biotech sector; /ppYou possess extensive diagnostic and analytical skills in preclinical animal models and are generally interested in applying your knowledge outside of traditional boundaries; /ppYou are enthusiastic about working in a team and supporting your co-workers with your expertise, integrating in /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
