Keeping utilization high and partner relationships strong /liliGeographic expansion: Building a repeatable market entry playbook, starting with Germany. The goal is a model the next market can copy /liliUnit economics and operational finance: Cost per scan, throughput, partner economics, and contribution margin above 30 percent. Current pricing is CHF 1,690 per 30-minute scan, with the ambition to drive all-in cost below EUR 1,000.
