Senior Project Manager Maintenance Transformation (a)

ppContract type: bConsulting Role at the Entourage Pharma Consulting AG /b /ph3Your Role /h3ulliYou lead the end-to-end steering of a company-wide maintenance transformation programm spanning all value chain areas — from Master Data Asset Structure through to Compliance Data Integrity. /liliYou drive the build-out of a robust data foundation: naming conventions, asset tree, CMMS configuration, and the standardization of roles and system processes. /liliYou establish a scalable maintenance execution structure — including improved notification quality, digital support during execution, material reservation, and revision optimization. /liliYou create cost transparency and KPI-driven performance management across the entire maintenance value chain. /liliYou anchor Risk-Based Maintenance (RBM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as systematic methods for sustainably reducing failures and improving reliability. /liliYou coordinate cross-functional workstreams (maintenance, procurement, IT, QA/QE) and manage external partners as well as internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization. /liliYou are responsible for the roadmap, milestone tracking, escalation management, and governance reporting to senior leadership. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliUniversity degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in engineering, natural sciences, pharmacy, or a comparable field. /liliAt least 15 years of professional experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. /liliProven track record in planning, steering, and implementing complex, company-wide transformation programms. /liliStrong planning and structuring skills — you maintain oversight in multi-layered programm structures and set clear priorities. /liliSolid knowledge of pharmaceutical maintenance processes — ideally with CMMS experience (e.g. SAP PM, Infor EAM, or comparable). /liliFamiliarity with GMP requirements, compliance frameworks, and data integrity principles in a regulated environment. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills — equally confident at board level and with operational teams. /liliFluent in English; German language skills are an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
