Partner with senior leaders to align transformation priorities with business objectives, digital innovation initiatives, and financial goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the enterprise. /p h3Drive Enterprise Value Creation /h3 pOwn a global portfolio of process improvement and transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact through productivity improvements, cost savings, quality enhancements, and operational efficiency gains. Oversee opportunity assessment, business case development, benefits realization, and performance tracking. /p h3Lead Business Transformation /h3 pChampion end-to-end process transformation across strategic business and digital programs. Guide teams through process assessment, future-state design, standardization, optimization, and implementation to deliver scalable, sustainable change. /p h3Advance Automation and Digital Enablement /h3 pLead the enterprise automation capability and collaborate with business, digital, data, and technology teams to identify and scale automation solutions that simplify work, improve customer and employee experiences, and accelerate business performance. /p h3Own Enterprise Portfolio Work Management Excellence /h3 pProvide leadership for the enterprise work management and project portfolio management platform (currently Workfront), ensuring effective demand management, prioritization, resource planning, portfolio governance, and executive visibility into strategic initiatives and investments. /p h3Deliver Complex Transformation Programs /h3 pBuild and lead enterprise-wide transformation programs from strategy through execution. Establish governance, align stakeholders, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful adoption and transition into ongoing operations. /p h3Enable Data-Driven Performance Management /h3 pDevelop and oversee enterprise dashboards, KPIs, portfolio health metrics, adoption measures and benefits realization tracking. Deliver meaningful insights that support executive decision‑making and continuous performance improvement. /p h3Build and Inspire High-Performing Teams /h3 pLead, coach and develop a globally distributed team across Process Excellence, Automation and Enterprise Work Management functions.
