Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
  • Administer and support highly available, secure, and scalable production systems.
  • Participate in infrastructure transformation projects, including migrations, consolidations, modernization initiatives, and cloud adoption programs.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, operational best practices, and performance requirements.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure and system issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to deliver business-focused IT solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure architecture, automation, and operational processes.



Technical ExpertiseStrong knowledge of:

  • Microsoft ecosystem technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Windows Server, and related cloud services.
  • Infrastructure security solutions such as backup, endpoint protection, XDR, monitoring, SIEM, and identity management.
  • Virtualization and containerization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, Kubernetes, Docker, or equivalent technologies).
  • Enterprise networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless networks, load balancing, and security appliances.
  • Server, storage, and compute infrastructure.
  • Deployment, endpoint management, and automation tools such as Intune, MECM/SCCM, and PowerShell.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing, supporting, and operating enterprise IT infrastructures.
  • Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects from design through implementation.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
