The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, delivering risk-based audits while providing valuable insight into trading operations and business processes /p h3.Key Responsibiliti /h3 ul liesLead and deliver end-to-end internal audit assignments across the organisation, with a strong focus on commodity trading activitie /li lis.Conduct interviews with commercial (trading), risk management, and key operational stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of processes and control /li lis.Review and document controls, procedures, and audit findings across front, middle, and back office trading function /li lis.Identify risks, control weaknesses, and opportunities to improve governance and operational efficienc /li liy.Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior managemen /li lit.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions and international location /li lis.Support the continuous development and improvement of the internal audit functio /li /ul h3n.Requireme /h3 ul lintsAround 7–8 years of experie nce within Internal Audit, External Audit, or Front Office Operations, ideally within a commodity trading environme /li lint.Strong understanding of commodity trading processes, includi ng front, middle, and back office operati o /li lins.Experience leading stakeholder interviews and documenting controls, procedures, and audit findin /li ligs.Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skil /li lils.Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging existing processes where appropria /li lite.Willingness to travel internationally as requir /li lied.Fluent English is essential.
