The Partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services. /p pYou will be joining Pictet Wealth Management Geneva and will be part of the Client Business Compliance (CBC) Monitoring team, based in Geneva. /p h3Your role /h3 pAs a member of the CBC Monitoring Team, your mission is to support the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, in accordance with regulations such as AMLA, OBA-FINMA and CDB20.br/You will perform the various activities carried out by the team, including, among others, transaction monitoring, client screening, correspondent banks’ requests and payment filtering.br/Depending on operational needs, you may be asked to assist with other compliance-related activities. You will be entrusted with the following responsibilities : /p ul liTransaction monitoring: Reviewing and analyzing client transactions to detect suspicious or unusual activity. /li liClient screening: Conducting due diligence checks on clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. /li liCorrespondent banks’ requests: Managing and responding to requests from correspondent banks, particularly those related to sanctions and other compliance matters. /li liPayment filtering: Screening payments to identify and block transactions that may involve sanctioned individuals, entities or jurisdictions. /li liCarrying out and following up on all necessary clarification processes to resolve alerts or issues identified during monitoring activities. /li liEnsuring frequent interactions with the Front Office, providing guidance and acting as an advisor on compliance matters. /li liInteracting with various internal stakeholders and delivering presentations to the AML Committees as required. /li liTaking charge of ad hoc projects related to the team’s activities, under the supervision of the Team Manager. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar compliance position within private banking in Switzerland /li liMaster’s degree required; a Certificate in Compliance Management is an asset /li liStrong interest in regulatory issues and the AML field; very good knowledge of AMLA, OBA-FINMA, the Swiss banks’ code of conduct and related case law /li liExcellent command of French and English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus /li liProficient in standard IT tools, including banking software and MS Office /li liStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills /liliFlexible, versatile and conscientious; able to communicate precisely and distil important information /li liAble to show discretion and handle confidential matters appropriately /li liTeam player /li liResidence in Switzerland required, or willingness to relocate /li /ul pRef: CO/SN/NB /p h3Note /h3 pWe will not accept any CVs via agencies /p h3Diversity Inclusion /h3 pbPictet is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
