Project Manager – SCADA, Control Systems for Critical Infrastructures

Manage SCADA, supervision and control systems projects from feasibility studies through commissioning and handover to operationsEnsure overall project governance in terms of scope, cost, schedule, quality, risks and opportunitiesServe as the technical reference for SCADA, control systems and automation architecturesDefine robust, scalable and secure system architectures adapted to the requirements of critical infrastructuresCoordinate interfaces between clients, operators, engineering partners, suppliers, contractors and authoritiesLead and support multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, automation specialists and network/system expertsOrganize and oversee engineering activities: functional analyses, system specifications, architecture concepts, test strategies, migration planning and commissioning activitiesContribute to defining requirements related to cybersecurity, availability and system resilience of systems Requirements Advanced degree in industrial IT, automation, electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent (EPF/ETH, HES, ES or equivalent)Approximately 15 years of professional experience in SCADA, supervision, automation or control systemsProven experience managing complex projects involving SCADA systems or critical infrastructuresStrong knowledge of industrial automation environments, IT/OT integration and system architecturesExperience in rail, transport, energy or other critical infrastructure sectors is a major assetExperience as a lead engineer, consulting engineer or technical manager is an advantageFluent French; German and/or English are an assetExcellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skillsAutonomous, structured and comfortable taking technical responsibility Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing SCADA and control systems projects, ensuring robust system architectures and effective project governance while leading multidisciplinary teams.
