The business trades and distributes products worldwide at significant scale, with a substantial logistics. /p p strongThe role : Master Data Specialist /strong /p p Reporting into the Data team, the Master Data Specialist safeguards the consistency, quality and reliability of reference data across all systems and business processes. A cross-functional role sitting between data governance and hands-on development, built around three areas. /p p Migrations and dataset harmonisation /p ul dir="auto" liMap data across applications and handle application-specific edge cases /liliClean, validate and prepare datasets ahead of Master Data onboarding /liliTrack data lineage and protect existing functionality through non-regression checks /liliAutomate onboarding and migration testing /li /ul p Reference data quality and monitoring /p ul dir="auto" liOwn the datasets hosted in Master Data and handle day-to-day support tickets /liliDefine validation rules and data quality controls /liliDeploy monitoring tools, exception reports and corrective actions /liliSpot recurring issues and drive lasting improvements /li /ul p First point of contact for users and application owners /p ul dir="auto" liSupport users, application owners and project teams on reference data matters /liliTriage and resolve requests, coordinate fixes end to end /liliSupport Master Data rollouts across new and existing solutions /li /ul p strongWhat we're looking for /strong /p ul dir="auto" li2+ years with C# and the .NET ecosystem, ideally Core /liliSolid data management background, rigour and strong attention to detail /liliAbility to grasp dependencies across systems and datasets /liliComfortable auditing SQL, .NET, React and Python code /liliAble to build Python scripts for non-regression and monitoring /li /ul /p /p
