Project descriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technical projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving projects to successful completion in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain Agile/Scrum practices across technical teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and deliverables.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Track project progress, proactively address risks, and resolve challenges.Promote continuous improvement within teams and maintain a culture of collaboration.Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones while managing scope and budget.Maintain project documentation and report status updates to leadership and stakeholders.SKILLSMust haveAt least 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager/Project Manager, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies.Demonstrated experience driving Agile software development with engineering, quality assurance, and other functional teams (Marketing, Training, Customer Service, etc)Strong technical background, feel comfortable using technical terminology and familiar with front/back end technologies (i.e. JavaScript, Java, Node.js, AWS).Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts and/or plans to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholdersComfortable presenting to internal groups and leadership team membersFull product lifecycle management experience, including user acceptance testing, launch, and end-of-life processesExpertise in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and proven leadership of cross-functional teams.Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Technical proficiency in Project Management Tools (e.g Jira, Confluence, Github)Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards and efficiency.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).Nice to haveSelf-motivated with guidance as needed and ability to form relationships with teamsWorks effectively on multiple tasks and projects with supervision as neededIndependent thinking at times for continued process improvementsA highly analytical individual with a keen eye for detail.Technical background.Analytical, problem solving and judgment skillsGood people, process, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsAble to identify / assess business needs, to analyze, prioritize, and solve problems in a service driven organization with supervision.Ability to thrive in a fast paced, challenging and constantly changing work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
