ppProject description /ppWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technical projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving projects to successful completion in a fast-paced environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliImplement and maintain Agile/Scrum practices across technical teams. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and deliverables. /liliFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. /liliTrack project progress, proactively address risks, and resolve challenges. /liliPromote continuous improvement within teams and maintain a culture of collaboration. /liliEnsure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones while managing scope and budget. /liliMaintain project documentation and report status updates to leadership and stakeholders. /li /ulh3SKILLS /h3h3Must have /h3ulliAt least 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager/Project Manager, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies. /liliDemonstrated experience driving Agile software development with engineering, quality assurance, and other functional teams (Marketing, Training, Customer Service, etc) /liliStrong technical background, feel comfortable using technical terminology and familiar with front/back end technologies (i.e. JavaScript, Java, Node.js, AWS). /liliExcellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts and/or plans to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders /liliComfortable presenting to internal groups and leadership team members /liliFull product lifecycle management experience, including user acceptance testing, launch, and end-of-life processes /liliExpertise in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and proven leadership of cross-functional teams. /liliScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required. /liliExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. /liliTechnical proficiency in Project Management Tools (e.g Jira, Confluence, Github) /liliAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards and efficiency. /liliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliSelf-motivated with guidance as needed and ability to form relationships with teams /liliWorks effectively on multiple tasks and projects with supervision as needed /liliIndependent thinking at times for continued process improvements /liliA highly analytical individual with a keen eye for detail. /liliTechnical background. /liliAnalytical, problem solving and judgment skills /liliGood people, process, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills /liliAble to identify / assess business needs, to analyze, prioritize, and solve problems in a service driven organization with supervision. /liliAbility to thrive in a fast paced, challenging and constantly changing work environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
