Own the S/4HANA 2025 target architecture across all functional and technical workstreams, arbitrate design decisions, and guarantee the technical coherence and conversion-readiness of the solution from assessment through build. /ppstrongKey responsibilities /strong /ppDefine and own the target S/4HANA 2025 architecture across FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, RE-FX, Retail and integration. /ppServe as design authority: arbitrate cross-workstream decisions and resolve technical conflicts. /ppOwn the brownfield conversion strategy, simplification-item resolution and the overall solution blueprint. /ppSet and enforce design standards for the onshore leads and the offshore configuration and development factories. /ppChair design authority reviews and validate that the offshore-built solution meets the agreed design. /ppRoll off at go-live (30 Sep); no hypercare retention planned for this role. /ppstrongRequired skills and expertise /strong /ppDeep end-to-end S/4HANA architecture expertise, with hands-on brownfield conversion experience. /ppCommand of S/4HANA simplification items, the S/4HANA data model and cross-module integration. /ppAbility to make and defend architecture decisions across finance, logistics and technical domains. /ppStrong grasp of custom-code impact, interface architecture and the SAP conversion toolchain (Readiness Check, SUM/DMO). /ppExperience steering distributed onshore/offshore delivery to a single design. /ppstrongExperience /strong /pp12+ years in SAP, including multiple S/4HANA conversions or greenfield builds as lead or chief architect. Demonstrable design-authority track record across at least finance and logistics. /ppstrongLanguages /strong /ppEnglish (fluent) required.
