In this high-impact role, you will transform workforce data into actionable insights that help leaders make smarter talent and organizational decisions. /p pWorking closely with HR leaders, HR Directors, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders, you will combine badvanced analytics /b, bdata storytelling /b, and bconsultative problem-solving /b to drive workforce strategy and business outcomes. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liDeliver data-driven workforce insights across key people metrics, translating complex analyses into clear recommendations that inform strategic decision-making /li liDesign and maintain scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI, and cloud-based platforms /li liApply statistical and predictive analytics using Python and/or R to identify trends, risks, and opportunities /li liPartner with senior HR leadership (Divisional Vice Presidents, Senior HR Directors) to solve workforce challenges through data-driven decision-making /li liLeverage automation and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, Generative AI and automated analytics platforms) to improve efficiency and speed to insight /li liIncorporate external benchmarks and labor market insights to contextualize workforce analytics findings /li liConnect analytical outputs to strategic workforce priorities such as workforce planning, Scenario modelling, and HR investment decisions /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related HR Domain field /li liBachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Psychology, or related field; master’s degree preferred /li liStrong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud environments /li liProficiency in Python and/or R for analytics and statistical modeling /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
