ppbWork Mode: /b Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Geneva office /p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a bCross Stream Innovation Architect /b to lead architecture and technical strategy across bAI Product Delivery, Innovative Software Engineering, and Citizen Development Enablement /b. The role will focus on designing secure, scalable, governed, and measurable AI and automation solutions while establishing enterprise architecture standards and Responsible AI practices. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine architecture vision and standards across bAI, applications, data, integration, and security /b. /li liLead architecture decisions for bAzure AI, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise LLM solutions /b. /li liDevelop enterprise LLM playbooks covering model selection, usage, cost monitoring, and governance. /li liDesign reference architectures for bConversational AI, Agentic AI, MCP/A2A, tool calling, and RAG pipelines /b. /li liDefine evaluation frameworks for quality, safety, performance, and observability. /li liArchitect bPower Platform environments, DLP, connectors, ALM, identity, and access management /b. /li liSupport Citizen Development and Center of Excellence initiatives. /li liImplement Responsible AI controls, including safety guardrails, grounding, red teaming, bias mitigation, and human-in-the-loop processes. /li liDefine observability, monitoring, feedback loops, drift monitoring, and SLOs for AI systems. /li liMentor AI engineers, software engineers, and Power Platform developers. /li liEngage with senior stakeholders and communicate architecture strategies and outcomes. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul li5–7+ years of experience in bEnterprise, Solution, or AI Architecture /b. /li liStrong expertise in: /li liRAG pipelines and vector databases /li liPrompt Engineering and LLM evaluation /li liAPIs, event-driven architecture, security, and integration patterns /li liStrong experience with bMicrosoft Power Platform governance /b, including Dataverse, DLP, environment strategy, and ALM. /li liPractical experience implementing bResponsible AI controls and governance /b. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
