pZensar Technologies in Switzerland is seeking a Drop-In Onsite Support Engineer to provide second-line, on-site support at customer locations. You will work with the customer’s IT team and OEM SMEs to install, upgrade, troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and enterprise productivity tools, manage incidents via ServiceNow, and document requests in the service desk system. /ppThe role requires 2–4 years of experience in a similar environment, strong knowledge of AD/Azure AD/Exchange, and good communication. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
