Stellenbeschreibungph3The opportunity /h3pBeing part of HSBC in Switzerland, you’ll help evolve and grow our Private Banking business by managing all Client Lifecycle Management tasks related to customer life‑cycle events. /ph3What you will do /h3pThe Client Lifecycle Management Analyst is responsible for managing all Client Lifecycle Management tasks related to Customer life cycle events, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and HSBC policy requirements across Customer Due Diligence, Anti‑Money Laundering and Sanctions. The role delivers end‑to‑end operational support to client‑facing teams and ensures a first‑class client experience. /pulliOnboarding – Analyse, validate and ensure Customer Onboarding: perform documentation review (banking forms, CDD documentation, corroboration), Know Your Customer (KYC) / Know Your Transactions (KYT) information and screening activities. /liliCDD Modification – Analyse, validate and register all account modifications (CDD, Tax – FATCA/QI/US Person Policy, CRS), conduct structure updates, person creation, document registration, and manage blocking/unblocking and CDM issue creation or updates. /liliPEDR – Complete and manage trigger events, periodic and event‑driven reviews: perform due diligence on KYC/KYT, review account activity and conduct screening. /liliProvide advisory and operational support to front‑office staff for all new or existing client CLM activities, including direct client engagement, CDD modification management, PEDR overdues, quality metrics, adherence to CDD guidelines and risk appetite, and protection of the bank’s reputation. /liliDrive the client experience strategy by supporting front‑office teams proactively and maintaining a high standard of client service across the team. /liliDeliver consistent fair outcomes for customers, ensuring orderly and transparent operations of financial markets. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliKnowledge of EUNINT and/or MENA markets from a KYC/KYT perspective. /liliProven working knowledge of AML, regulatory compliance and controls within the Swiss Private Banking or financial services industry. /liliMinimum of a B.A. degree or relevant work experience. /liliExperience in due diligence activities (screening and research). /liliAML certifications such as ACAMS or Vision Compliance. /liliExcellent communication skills. /liliExperience in client‑facing roles (e.g., meetings). /liliCan‑do attitude with problem‑solving skills. /liliAbility to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience. /liliStrong teamwork initiative. /liliProfessional interaction with all staff and management levels. /liliSkilled IT user with proficiency in common software (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.). /liliOnly Swiss or EU citizens, or holders of a valid Swiss work permit, will be considered due to immigration restrictions. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pWe offer a comprehensive and competitive package covering healthcare, life assurance, pension and family‑friendly leaves, as well as variable pay plans that reward individual performance.
