The company employs around 1,400 people across its 13 locations and sells its products in over 50 countries worldwide. /p pThe Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) serves as the subject matter expert on coverage, coding, billing, and payment processes for the company's medical device portfolio. This role partners closely with Sales, Market Access, Providers, and Revenue Cycle stakeholders to facilitate appropriate reimbursement, remove access barriers, and support product utilization through compliant communication. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liEducate healthcare providers and office staff on coverage, coding, and payment requirements /li liSupport prior authorization, appeals, and denial resolution processes /li liIdentify reimbursement barriers and develop strategic action plans /li liConduct on-site and virtual training for physicians and billing staff /li liPartner with Sales Representatives and Regional Managers /li liCommunicate payer trends and market feedback internally /li liMaintain current knowledge of CMS and commercial payer policies /li liEnsure all activities follow healthcare compliance standards /li liBachelor’s degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred) /li li5–7+ years of reimbursement, revenue cycle, coding, or payer experience /li liKnowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer processes /li liUnderstanding of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD ‑ 10-CM coding (preferred: direct experience with Cat III CPT codes and transitional passthrough payment) /li liStrong presentation and communication skills /li liAbility to travel up to 25% /li liCPC, CCS, or similar certification /li liExperience supporting procedural or implantable medical devices /li liExperience working directly with providers or hospital systems /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pThis is an integral, responsible and diversified role with a focus on quality and service provision in a rapidly growing, international company. /p pFor further information please visit our Website . /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
