Job Description Defining and leading IT strategy: Develop and implementing the IT vision, mission, and strategic objectives aligned with the company's business goals. Operational leadership: Oversee all IT functions, ensure security and risk management, and manage IT budgets Technology management: Identify, implement, and optimize systems, tools, and infrastructure to support industrial operations. Governance and reporting: Manage KPIs, dashboards, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive committees. Digital transformation: Drive enterprise digital initiatives to foster innovation and maintain competitiveness. People Management: Management of Intrastructure, System and Security Teams The Successful Applicant Education: Master's degree in IT, engineering, or a related field. Experience: At least 10 years of proven experience in managing IT systems, complex technological projects, and digital transformation in industrial environments. Proven experience in people management. Technical skills: Strong expertise in infrastructure, applications, security, and agile methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and IT budgets. Leadership: Ability to inspire and manage teams, with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent cross-functional leadership skills. Languages: Fluent in English and French. Additional languages are an asset. Personal attributes: Analytical thinking, pragmatic problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a strong sense of collaboration.
