This is an exciting opportunity to influence digital and technology initiatives that support site growth, operational excellence, and compliance while helping shape the future of manufacturing and life sciences in Brazil. /ppbWhat you will get: /b /plipAn agile career and dynamic working culture. /p /lilipAn inclusive and ethical workplace. /p /lilipCompensation programs that recognize high performance. /p /lilipA variety of benefits dependent on role and location. /p /lipbWhat you will do: /b /plipAccountable for IT service delivery towards the site and ensure IT service SLAs meet or exceed site requirements. /p /lilipAttend Site Leadership meetings and act as the single point of contact between local business partners and the IT organization (regional and global). /p /lilipDevelop and maintain the Site IT Master Plan and reporting. /p /lilipEnsure the site adheres to IT processes, policies, security requirements, global IT standards, and regulatory requirements. /p /lilipCreate, manage, and maintain full accountability for the site IT budget. /p /lilipEnsure local applications are reported and maintained in the IT Applications Repository and support internal and regulatory audits, inspections, and remediation plans. /p /lilipLead the lifecycle management of site IT infrastructure, including asset inventory management, risk management of aging components, and annual capital projects for required upgrades. /p /lipbWhat we are looking for: /b /plipExperience partnering with senior business leaders and translating business strategies into technology solutions and priorities. /p /lilipStrong hands-on SAP configuration knowledge, particularly related to Brazil tax requirements across commercial, finance, and supply chain functions. /p /lilipExperience managing IT demand, project portfolios, or technology initiatives within a complex business environment. /p /lilipStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work across local and global teams. /p /lilipFluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment. /p /lilipA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. /p /lilipExperience with infrastructure lifecycle management (network, server, storage, laptop, and desktop environments). /p /lipbAbout Lonza /b /ppAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
