Our full list of tailored local benefits can be found below. /pp· /ppbr/bWhat you will do: /b /pp· Lead the global HR Services procurement category with full accountability for ~200 MCHF spend, driving value, innovation, and cost optimization /pp· Develop and execute global category strategies based on market insights, demand forecasting, and business priorities /pp· Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders (HR leadership, digital, legal, finance) to shape sourcing decisions and strategies /pp· Drive supplier selection, negotiation, and relationship management to ensure performance, innovation, and continuity /pp· Lead cross-functional, international project teams to deliver transformation initiatives (automation, standardization, digitalization) /pp· Establish KPI frameworks and performance dashboards to continuously improve quality, service, and total cost of ownership /pp· Champion change management and procurement excellence across global processes and systems /ppbWhat we are looking for: /b /pp· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CIPS) are a plus /pp· Proven experience in global category management within HR or professional services in complex, international environments /pp· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization /pp· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders globally /pp· Solid understanding of supply markets, cost drivers, and emerging technologies within HR services /pp· Experience in transformation, process optimization, and change management initiatives /pp· Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage /ppbr/bAbout Lonza /b /ppAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
