This role is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions across a complex global landscape. The successful candidate will act as the functional lead for the Record-to-Report. /p h3Solution Architecture Process Design /h3 ul liDesign and maintain end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes within SAP FI/CO. /li liCollaborate closely with Finance stakeholders, including Accounting, Controlling, and Tax teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. /li liEnsure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with the organization's application architecture and global standards. /li liSafeguard the consistency, integrity, and reliability of SAP Finance solutions across related business streams, including: ul liOrder-to-Cash (O2C) /li liProcure-to-Pay (P2P) /li liTreasury /li liLegacy and integrated systems /li /ul /li /ul h3Project Delivery Leadership /h3 ul liCoordinate and mentor Business Analysts and functional resources involved in project delivery. /li liLead key project activities, including: ul liRequirements gathering and process blueprinting /li liSolution design and proof-of-concept initiatives /li liSAP configuration and testing /li liFunctional specifications for developments and enhancements /li liUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination /li liTraining and documentation /li /ul /li liEvaluate, prioritize, challenge, or reject solution requests based on business value and architectural alignment. /li liPromote SAP best practices and template-driven approaches whenever possible. /li /ul h3Governance Application Management /h3 ul liDefine implementation timelines in collaboration with technical and development teams. /li liOversee change management processes and approve production releases. /liliWork closely with Project Managers to manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. /li liDevelop and maintain the SAP Finance roadmap. /li liSupport Application Management Services (AMS) teams in incident resolution and ongoing operational support. /li liConduct impact assessments related to enhancements, integrations, cutovers, and data migration activities. /li liEnsure adherence to established governance, support, and change management procedures. /li liMonitor business processes and system performance to ensure operational continuity. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 pMinimum 10 years of SAP experience across implementation, rollouts, and support engagements. /p ul liProven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. /li liStrong hands‑on expertise in SAPFI/CO, including: ul liGeneral Ledger (GL) /li liAccounts Payable (AP) /li liAccounts Receivable (AR) /li liAsset Accounting (AA) /li liControlling (CO) /li liMaster Data Management /li liFinancial closing and reporting processes /li /ul /li liUniversity degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. /li /ul h3Personal Competencies /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities. /li liStrong organizational and leadership skills. /li liCollaborative mindset with experience working in multicultural and international environments. /li liAbility to influence decision‑making across business and IT functions. /li liFluent English, both written and verbal. /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 pInternational environment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
