To date, we have committed over $2.5 billion of capital to renewable projects and are identifying and developing low-carbon opportunities around the world. /pppbJob Description /b /p /ppThe bReference Data Specialist /b will manage Vitol’s reference data across multiple systems, ensuring datasets are accurate, consistent and fit for use across applications and business processes. /ppRole responsibilities will span three adjacent areas: /ppb1. Supporting system migrations and dataset harmonisation /b /pliProvide cross-application mappings to unify datasets and manage application-specific edge cases. /liliClean, validate and prepare datasets before Master Data onboarding. /liliMap data lineage and perform non-regression checks to protect existing application functionality. /liliDesign and run automated tests to support application onboarding and migration activities. /lipb2. Ensuring reference data quality through monitoring and review /b /pliOwn Master Data-hosted reference datasets and resolve day-to-day support tickets promptly. /liliDefine validation rules and data quality controls across key datasets. /liliImplement monitoring tools, exception reports and corrective actions. /liliIdentify recurring data issues and propose improvements to prevent reoccurrence. /lipb3. Acting as the first point of contact for users and application owners /b /pliServe as a trusted partner for users, application owners and project teams on reference data matters. /liliTriage and resolve support requests, clarifying requirements and coordinating fixes where needed. /liliSupport teams deploying Master Data into new or existing solutions. /liliProvide guidance on data consumption, mappings and onboarding standards. /lippbQualifications /b /p /pli2+ years’ experience working with C# and related .NET technologies, preferably ASP.NET Core. /liliDemonstrated ownership and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment. /liliProven experience in data management, with strong attention to detail. /liliAbility to understand interlinked dependencies across systems and datasets. /liliAbility to audit codebases including SQL, .NET, React and Python. /liliAbility to develop and run non-regression and monitoring scripts in Python. /liliExperience with CTRM systems and commodity trading workflows is a plus but not required. /lippbAdditional Information /b /p /ppThe ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work across both business and technology teams.
