Hold end-to-end accountability for delivery, commercials, client relationship and governance, acting as the senior Akkodis representative to client executive stakeholders throughout the engagement and into hypercare. /ppstrongKey responsibilities /strong /ppChair the programme steering committee and own the governance cadence /ppHold single-point accountability for scope, schedule, budget and quality against the fixed-price commitment. /ppManage the executive relationship with client, including escalations, commercial discussions and change control. /ppDirect the programme leadership team (architect, project manager, delivery manager, workstream leads). /ppProtect the fixed-price boundary: enforce assumptions, dependencies and the change-request mechanism. /ppRemain engaged as a hypercare team member during the post-go-live stabilisation period (Oct to Nov). /ppstrongRequired skills and expertise /strong /ppProven ownership of large SAP transformation programmes at director level, ideally brownfield conversions. /ppStrong commercial acumen: fixed-price governance, margin protection, risk and change management. /ppExecutive-level stakeholder management in enterprise or regulated environments. /ppCommand of SAP Activate governance and steering-committee discipline. /ppConfident handling of escalations and difficult client conversations. /ppstrongExperience /strong /pp15+ years in SAP delivery, including several full-lifecycle S/4HANA or ECC programmes in a director or programme-lead capacity. Swiss or Western-European enterprise delivery experience strongly preferred. /ppstrongLanguages /strong /ppFrench (fluent, client-facing) and English (fluent) are both required.
