Apply today! /b /ppbRole Responsibilities: /b /ppbAs a /bbMaterial Scientist – PCB Materials, /bb you will be responsible for: /b /plipIdentifying innovation opportunities for high-performance polymeric materials used in PCB applications. /p /lilipDesigning thermoset polymer formulations, creating prototypes and improving material designs based on test results and customer feedback. /p /lilipPerforming proof-of-concept assessments, analysing experimental data, maintaining electronic laboratory records and preparing technical reports. /p /lilipMonitoring industry trends and identifying opportunities for intellectual property and product differentiation, including with AI-assisted tools. /p /lilipCollaborating with cross-functional teams, customers and external partners to accelerate product development and commercialization. /p /lilipEnsuring compliance with Environment, Health Safety, Ethics Compliance and International Trade requirements. /p /lipbExperience and Competencies: /b /ppbWe are looking for experienced candidates with a strong research and development background in polymeric materials for electronics applications. /b /ppbWhat we are looking for: /b /plipPhD in Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field. /p /lilipMinimum of 3 years of experience in materials research and development. /p /lilipStrong knowledge of polymer chemistry and physics, especially thermoset systems and inorganic-filled formulations. /p /lilipSolid understanding of PCB manufacturing, electronic materials and semiconductor packaging technologies. /p /lilipHands-on experience in formulation development and materials characterization. /p /lilipExperience with materials modelling and data analysis would be an advantage. /p /lilipCurious, innovative and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset. /p /lilipEffective written and verbal communication skills in English. /p /lipbWhat next? /b /ppIf you would like to join an innovative, collaborative and multicultural team, please apply now.
