You will join a dynamic team of 15 system engineering experts who manage a global infrastructure of more than 7,000 servers, multiple enterprise storage platforms, and mission-critical backup services supporting the Bank's operations worldwide. This is a large-scale technical environment where reliability, performance, resilience, and innovation are at the core of our mission. /pp You will play a key role in the design, operation, and evolution of our storage and backup ecosystem, including SAN fabrics, enterprise storage arrays, replication technologies, and data protection platforms. You will ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of critical infrastructure supporting business applications and services. /pp Your responsibilities will include the management and optimization of storage arrays, SAN switches and zoning configurations, Active-Active replication solutions, backup and recovery platforms, as well as performance monitoring and capacity planning across the storage landscape. /pp b YOUR MISSION /b /pullip Design, manage, and evolve enterprise Storage, SAN, and Backup infrastructures /p /lilip Ensure the performance, availability, and resiliency of critical data storage and protection services /p /lilip Contribute to infrastructure modernization projects, including replication, disaster recovery, and object storage technologies /p /lilip Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention /p /lilip Propose innovative solutions to optimize services, enhance reliability, and reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) /p /lilip Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with security and governance standards /p /li /ulpb YOUR PROFILE /b /pullip Higher education in computer science or communication systems /p /lilip Minimum 2 years of experience in the field /p /lilip Strong knowledge of enterprise Storage and Backup technologies /p /lilip Proven experience managing storage arrays and SAN infrastructures /p /lilip Strong understanding of storage performance analysis, troubleshooting, and capacity planning /p /lilip Experience with Active-Active replication technologies and disaster recovery solutions /p /lilip Good knowledge of SAN switching, Fibre Channel protocols, and zoning concepts /p /lilip Good knowledge of S3-compatible object storage technologies /p /lilip Experience with automation using Ansible, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies /p /lilip Experience with one or more of the following products: Hitachi, NetApp, Pure Storage, Brocade, Commvault /p /lilip Knowledge of virtualization technologies, especially VMware, is considered an asset /p /lilip Familiarity with Microsoft infrastructure technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, System Center) is a plus /p /lilip Understanding of authentication and security technologies such as Kerberos, PKI, or ADFS is advantageous /p /lilip Structured, analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset /p /lilip Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) /p /lilipb Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate /b /p /li /ulpb Our Maison’s DNA /b is defined by five core values. b Excellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while b Innovation /b fuels our progress. b Respect /b underpins every interaction, and b Integrity /b shapes our actions.
