You will: /liliDrive HR Technology Implementations - Support the design, configuration, and deployment of leading HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, and other enterprise solutions /liliTranslate Business Needs into Solutions - Work closely with clients to understand their HR challenges and translate them into effective technology and process solutions /liliBuild Client Relationships - Develop strong partnerships with client stakeholders, earning their trust through expertise, professionalism, and genuine commitment to their success /liliCollaborate with Expert Teams - Work alongside experienced consultants, functional experts, and technical specialists to deliver integrated solutions /liliDevelop Your Expertise - Grow your knowledge of HR technology, best practices, and industry trends while building a strong foundation for your consulting career /liliShape the Future of Work - Contribute to thought leadership and innovation in HR transformation, helping clients navigate the evolving workplace landscape /libWho are we looking for? /bliStrong academic background, ideally a Master’s degree or MBA from a reputable institution, or equivalent professional experience. /liliUnderstanding of HR processes, systems, and organizational dynamics /liliStrong interest in and understanding of HR information systems, data management, and technology-enabled HR transformation /liliFirst experience or exposure to HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or similar /liliGenuine interest in understanding client needs and delivering value; ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
