StellenbeschreibungppDrop‑In Onsite Support Engineer – provides second‑line support at customer locations, working closely with the customer’s IT team and OEM subject‑matter experts. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liInstall, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and other authorized desktop software/applications. /li liInstall, upgrade, support and troubleshoot end‑user workspace hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, video/conferencing equipment and other authorized peripherals. /li liDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS and connectivity issues. /li liSupport Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps and other enterprise productivity tools. /li liManage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. /li liPerform general preventative maintenance on devices and software. /li liProvide onsite “hands‑and‑eyes” support to OEM subject‑matter experts for device installation and troubleshooting in the network and compute environment. /li liAssist end users with logged IT‑related incidents. /li liAnalyze problems, implement temporary or permanent fixes, and restore service, escalating when necessary. /li liAccurately record, update and document requests in the IT service desk system. /li liMaintain excellent customer service and professional communication with technical and non‑technical colleagues. /li liMaintain and publish relevant support documentation to aid self‑service. /li liAttend required training and stay current on technology and internal processes. /li liContribute to reporting per customer requirement. /li liPerform any other tasks assigned within the skill set. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liGeneral understanding of IT principles: networks, hardware, domains. /li liKnowledge of Windows, macOS, MS Office, Outlook, and other leading software. /li liExperience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID. /li liAsset management, inventory control, and lifecycle management. /li liEnd‑user device hardware and software troubleshooting. /li liSupport printers, meeting‑room equipment, mobile devices (iOS, Android). /li liBuilding, configuring, replacing, and troubleshooting EUC hardware components. /li liKnowledge of data backup principles, virtual, MDM, and VPN environments. /li liBasic familiarity with network and compute devices. /li /ul h3Soft Skills Appearance /h3 ul liExceptional customer‑facing skills; able to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams. /li liLogical and analytical approach; accurate record‑keeping. /li liSelf‑managed, time‑keeping, and quality focus. /li liProfessional demeanor under stress; appropriate dressing and grooming standards. /li /ul h3Experience, Education Certifications /h3 ul li2–4 years of experience in a similar support environment. /li liMandatory education level in the relevant country. /li liDesirable certifications: CompTIA A+, MCP/MCSE, OEM Certification. /li liITIL knowledge and experience in an ITIL environment beneficial. /li liLanguage skills: French, English, Spanish; internal – English good standard. /li /ul pWe are an equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action employer, committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
