As a Compliance Data Analyst, you will carry out analysis, continuous improvement, project management and innovation activities.
Your missions
Contribute to the migration to a new transaction filtering tool to reduce manual work
- Optimise filtering rules to improve the quality and relevance of generated alerts
- Analyse the performance of the filtering system and identify the main causes of false positives
- Adapt existing rules to the new tool
- Design new rules to control the volume of alerts
- Measure and monitor the impact of changes made
- Participate in user testing and alert handling during production
- Occasionally participate in compliance checks
Identify, design and implement artificial intelligence use cases for the Compliance function
- Conduct feasibility studies and design POCs/prototypes
- Develop generative AI assistance tools (internal regulatory research, drafting assistance, analysis of atypical transactions)
Your profile
- Recently obtained university or higher education degree (Bachelor or Master)
- Training in computer science, information systems, data analytics or equivalent field
- Good understanding of information systems
- Knowledge of AI solutions and platforms to create AI agents, notably Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to analyse data and interpret results
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Project management basics
- Progressive autonomy
- Proactive attitude
- Knowledge of the banking sector is an asset
