While day-to-day build activities will be led by SIs, you will ensure that all designs align with enterprise architecture standards, agreed roadmaps, and long-term business objectives. /p ppbWhat your day would be like /b /p /p pServe as ERP Architecture Authority: Provide clear architectural direction for the SAP migration program, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and guiding system integrators and internal teams. br/Translate Strategy into Architecture: Engage senior stakeholders to convert business objectives into ERP target capabilities, principles, and an actionable architecture roadmap. br/Own and Govern ERP Roadmap: Maintain alignment across processes, data, integrations, security, and infrastructure while providing assessment and recommendations on the deployment options. br/Validate Solution Designs: Review and approve SI-produced designs for compliance with SAP best practices, enterprise standards, data governance, and non-functional requirements. br/Ensure End-to-End Integrity: Oversee integration across SAP modules and surrounding systems, preventing siloed or fragmented implementations. br/Lead Data Architecture Migration: Collaborate with Data Governance to define master data ownership, quality standards, and migration strategy, including cutover sequencing. /p br/ppbWe would love to hear from you if /b /p /pli8–10+ years in Enterprise Architecture roles for large-scale transformation programs, including deep ERP migration expertise (preferably SAP ECC → S/4HANA) and advanced application of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. /liliDeep expertise in ERP-centric landscapes, including processes, data, and integration design. /liliProven ability to govern System Integrators, manage transition architectures, technical debt, and multi-release risks. /liliExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to effectively support, guide, and collaborate with senior leaders and program sponsors. /li pTravel Required: N /p b pLearn more about IATA’s role in the industry, our benefits, and the team at .
